About Klak: Magnetic Stones

Klak: Magnetic Stones is a tabletop duel about placement and magnetic attraction. Two players can share one device and take turns dragging stones onto a felt playing area. The aim is to empty your hand before the opponent does. Choose a position inside the rope and release the stone without setting off an unwanted magnetic collision.

Each stone has a pull ring. When nearby pieces snap together during your move, the affected stones return to your hand, undoing progress toward victory. While dragging, the visible rings help you judge the gap. A red warning signals danger, and the landing indicator helps position the piece before release. The same drag and release interaction works with a mouse or a finger, so participants simply pass control between turns.

A crowded board rewards patience and careful observation. Look for space that keeps the new stone outside existing pull rings instead of aiming only for the center of a gap. Sliding pieces can begin a chain reaction that draws in others. Alongside local matches, the game includes computer opponents, a campaign, and a daily challenge. Earned coins unlock cosmetic collections; the provider states they cannot be purchased or exchanged for cash.

Tips to win

  • Use the visible pull rings to leave a safe gap before releasing your stone.
  • Consider how a sliding stone could start a chain reaction nearby.
