About Tennis Masters
Tennis Masters is an arcade tennis game built around one-on-one competition. You can face a computer opponent or choose the two-player mode to challenge a friend on the same keyboard. Alongside the tennis rallies, the game includes power-ups and playful transformations that add variety to a match. The central task remains responding to the ball and choosing the right moment to return it.
Player one moves with A and D, jumps with W, hits with V, and smashes with B. Player two moves with the left and right arrow keys, jumps with the up arrow, hits with L, and smashes with K. Each player therefore has separate movement, jump, and shot controls, making it worth learning the layout before trying to react at full speed.
Watch the ball’s path and move into position early rather than pressing the hit button from wherever your character happens to stand. Keep the ordinary hit and smash keys distinct so an attempted return uses the action you intended. When a power-up or transformation appears, pay attention to what changes on screen before committing to the next shot. The local mode offers a direct sports rivalry with both players reacting in real time.
Tips to win
- Move toward the expected ball position early instead of trying to fix your position at the last moment.
- Learn the separate hit and smash buttons, and watch how an active power-up changes the rally.
